DESCRIPTION:About the Course\n\nAlready familiar with MS Project and ready to strengthen your skills? Diving into MS Project is a focused 4-hour workshop designed to help you move beyond the basics and gain greater confidence and control in your scheduling work.\n\n\n\nThrough demonstrations\, sample project activities\, and group discussions\, you'll learn how to apply best practices\, minimize scheduling risks\, and evaluate project progress using MS Project's reporting tools. Ideal for those who use MS Project but want to take their scheduling knowledge to the next level.\n\n\n\nWorkshop Outcomes:\n\n\n	Apply scheduling best practices to refine and manage project schedules\n	Evaluate reports to support risk assessment and decision-making\n	Strengthen understanding of dependencies\, constraints\, and milestones\n\n\n\nWho should attend: Project managers\, assistant project managers\, owners\, executives\, and others who actively use MS Project and are looking to improve efficiency\, consistency and confidence in scheduling.\n\n\n\n**Participants must have access to either the desktop or web version of the MS Project software before the class starts.\n\n\n\nTechnology and Participation\n\nFor the classroom:\n\n  Please have Zoom downloaded.\n\n  Computer with dual monitor preferred.\n\n  Laptop is good with a separate tablet to access the materials.\n\n\n\n*Participation in this workshop is for one person per registration.\n\n\n\n\n\nFor participation:\n\n  Camera\, built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.\n\n  Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred.\n\n  Each student should be on their own computer/laptop/tablet.\n\n  **Ensure that MS Project software is installed\, up-to-date\, and/or logged in on the web.\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy:\n\nA full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time\, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to meetings@agc.org.\n\n\n\nAGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.\n\n\n\nQuestions?
