DESCRIPTION:Join AGC MA and local labor relations experts for a two-part series designed for construction industry managers and supervisors. Participants will gain knowledge about fundamental labor relations topics and the skills needed to successfully cultivate union-management relationships.\n\n\n\nSession 1: Led by seasoned Labor Law attorneys Jim Grosso and Miranda Jones of O'Reilly\, Grosso\, Gross\, & Jones\, P.C.\, this session will cover key provisions of union collective bargaining agreements\, how to handle issues when they arise\, the differences between a grievance and an unfair labor practice charge\, and an overview of trust funds\, including the role of trustees.\n\n\n\nSession 2: An interactive panel discussion featuring local labor relations leaders.
