He is involved from Preconstruction and Fa ade Design-Assist through Building Enclosure Commissioning on many of Consigli's projects from New England to Washington DC\, interfacing between trade partners and design teams to develop and fully coordinate building envelopes. Given his design background\, Ken also troubleshoots a wide range of construction issues and is the technical lead for Consigli's Quality department.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMichael Barry is a Senior M/E/P Manager and Regional Lead for Metro Boston at Consigli Construction. Having previously worked for RDK Engineers\, Mike has provided specialized expertise to our teams over the last 17 years\, ranging from the preliminary stages of design through commissioning and turnover. He is focused on Large Project Development across a broad spectrum of building types and is responsible for leading MEP/FP-related Pre-Construction and Procurement with Owners and Design Teams\, helping to establish target budgets as well as energy goals. In addition\, Mike actively assists with facilitating Building Permits and ISD / FD Inspections.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEdward DeMille serves as the Northeast Regional Quality Control Manager with Turner Construction. Ed joined Turner Construction in 2015 after a 15-year career in architecture with RIZVI Architects\, bringing a deep understanding of design and construction collaboration. With over 25 years in the industry\, he has worked extensively in aviation\, higher education\, and office fitouts. Among his notable work\, the Harvard Science and Engineering Complex stands out for its complexity and scale. Edward was also part of the BU CILSE project team\, which received a CMAA award in 2018\, and holds a Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He lives in Pembroke\, MA\, and enjoys skiing\, camping\, and hiking with his family.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRyan Cleverdon\, P.E.\, CPHB\, is a Project Manager with Turner Construction in Boston. He has primarily worked on Commercial Core/Shell projects\, specializing in structural and exterior envelope systems. A licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts\, he also serves as the Boston Area Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Passive Buildings and is a Certified Passive House Builder.
