Her responsibilities include recruiting and developing diverse panels of arbitrators and mediators\, leading outreach efforts within the construction and real estate communities and supporting education and business development initiatives. She is committed to advancing awareness and best practices in ADR across the industries she serves.\n\nJen is an active non-attorney member of the American Bar Association and regularly engages in professional and industry events related to dispute resolution.\n\n\n\nModerated by: Tony Starr\, Board Counsel\, Mintz\n\nTony is Co-chair of the firm's Construction Law Practice.
