AGC Edge Construction Supervision Fundamentals (CSF) is highly interactive and allows the building trades and craft workers to experience construction supervision techniques firsthand and create a professional development plan to achieve personal career goals. The highly collaborative virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare building trades and craft workers to learn entry-level management skills to lead construction activities.
This course is the first step on the path to investing in and retaining your team by developing your own supervisors.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days before the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days before the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.

Paul has over 30 years of experience in general building, safety management, leadership, and training. He served as a superintendent and Safety Director at Pepper Construction for more than 18 years. He currently provides safety management and supervisory consulting services to the construction industry.
