Join AGC MA for the latest session of our Building Excellence Series. This program allows attendees to look under the hood at some of the amazing member firms of AGC MA! 

​This program will feature Thomas Comeau, President & Chief Operating Officer .

Tom Comeau is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Commodore Builders, a leading construction management firm in Massachusetts. He is a passionate and thoughtful leader who fosters trusting relationships and cultivates a diverse and inclusive culture. On projects, he balances client needs with best building practices and works closely with the firm’s Vice Presidents and Group Leaders to ensure excellent and enjoyable project deliveries that are reflective of the firm’s values.

Tom’s spirit of collaboration and capacity to anticipate are what makes his leadership most impactful. As President and COO, Tom’s is committed to developing and maintaining the firm’s culture as an open, collaborative place that embraces what’s next. He builds strong teams that take charge, and he is passionate about putting the right people in the right roles so they can grow personally and professionally.

Tom graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Civil Engineering and earned his MBA from Northeastern University. Throughout his 33-year career, he has worked his way through the ranks from a field engineer to President and Chief Operations Officer. His experience within multiple roles makes him an industry leader and an indispensable partner.

Tom was the recipient of Boston Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” award. He is also on the Wentworth Institute of Technology Special Resources Committee, the Zoo New England Board of Advisors, and the Boston Harbor Now Board of Advisors and Host Committee. Tom is the Former AGC Board Member and Chair of the Labor Relation Division.
