This 2-part course (90 minutes each) empowers participants to understand and respect the diverse perspectives that individuals bring to the workplace. By exploring the concepts of identity, values, beliefs, and human connection, participants will gain insights into how different experiences shape people's worldviews. The course focuses on practical strategies for fostering inclusivity and enhancing communication across diverse teams. Key outcomes include:
