Leading with Intention: Building Defensible Pay in a Construction Business
How confident are you that your organization can clearly explain—and defend—how compensation decisions are made?
Join Chris Floyd and Mimi Curran of C.E. Floyd Company for a practical discussion on building a more consistent, transparent, and defensible approach to compensation in the construction industry. Drawing from C.E. Floyd’s own experience, the program will explore why wage equity is fundamentally a leadership issue, the challenges of benchmarking construction-specific roles, and how documented criteria and reliable industry data can help take subjectivity out of compensation decisions.
C.E. Floyd will share its journey from conducting internal compensation analyses to using AGC industry salary data to establish and regularly update compensation ranges.
